Terms of Use

This is the agreement between you and Anamoris. It is also the end-user licence agreement for the app. By downloading or using Anamoris you accept it.

Anamoris is provided by FINGERS YODA SP. Z O.O., Ostrobramska 101a/301, 04-041 Warszawa, Poland, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000934950, NIP 1133046378, REGON 520545961. Contact: support@anamoris.com.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Anamoris on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to use Anamoris. By using it you confirm you meet that age and are able to enter into this agreement.

5. Your account

Anamoris signs you in anonymously. There is no username or password, and your archive is tied to that anonymous account on your device.

You are responsible for the security of your device. Because we hold no identifying information about you, we cannot verify ownership of an archive or recover one for you. If you lose your device without a backup, the original files cannot be recovered — they never left it.

6. Your documents

Your documents and the records you create remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you: to store your archive, and to transmit a temporary copy of a document to our AI provider for extraction when you ask for a reading. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your documents to train AI models and we do not sell them. See the Privacy Policy for the full description of how data is handled.

You confirm that you have the right to upload each document you add, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload documents you are not entitled to hold;
• use Anamoris to make clinical decisions about other people;
• attempt to access another user's archive, or to probe, scan or interfere with our systems;
• use the service to build a competing product, or to extract our marker catalogue in bulk;
• circumvent usage limits, entitlement checks or any other technical restriction;
• use the app in any way that breaks the law where you are.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Anamoris is free to download and use. A free account may hold a limited number of documents and receives a limited number of AI readings. Entering results by hand is always free and never counts against any reading limit.

How billing works

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects you, and a price increase never takes effect during a period you have already paid for.

9. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your Anamoris account does not cancel an Apple subscription — you must cancel it with Apple separately.

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. Contact Apple Support to request one. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days; that right may be lost once digital content has been supplied with your consent.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Anamoris working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Reading a document depends on a third-party AI provider and may be temporarily unavailable. Your archive remains readable offline regardless.

We may add, change or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will tell you and you may cancel.

11. Intellectual property

Anamoris, its design, its software and its marker catalogue are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This agreement grants you no rights in them beyond the licence in section 3.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anamoris is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that automated extraction is accurate or complete. You are responsible for checking every value against the original document.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights that cannot be waived.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• decisions taken on the basis of information shown in the app;
• extraction errors you did not verify against the original document;
• loss of data you have not backed up;
• indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit or opportunity.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

14. Termination

You may stop using Anamoris at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, particularly section 7, or where we must do so by law. Sections 6, 11, 12, 13 and 16 survive termination.

15. Apple

This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Anamoris or its content. You acknowledge that:

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Anamoris;
• if Anamoris fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever;
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to Anamoris, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims;
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement or discharge of any third-party claim that Anamoris infringes intellectual property rights;
• you comply with applicable third-party terms when using Anamoris;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you;
• you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and are not on any US Government prohibited-party list.

16. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of Poland, and the courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

17. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it as part of a merger or sale of the business. This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between us about Anamoris.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use Anamoris afterwards means you accept them.
