Deleting your account

You can delete your Anamoris account and everything in it from inside the app. No email, no form, no waiting for us to action it.

In the app

Open Profile.
Tap Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm. Deletion begins immediately.

What is deleted

Every document, and the original scan or PDF stored on your device.
Every laboratory result, marker history entry and reminder.
Your anonymous account and its backed-up records.
Any push notification tokens registered by your devices.

This cannot be undone. Anamoris holds no copy of your archive afterwards, so there is nothing for us to restore even if you ask. Export anything you want to keep before you start — you can share any document from its detail screen.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, because Apple owns that relationship rather than us. Cancel it separately in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, otherwise it will keep renewing.

If the app will not open

If you cannot reach Settings, email support@anamoris.com from the device in question and we will delete the account for you. We will confirm once it is done.
